Q. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes. Your order will be shipped via USPS and you will receive your
tracking number they day your order ships before 3 pm

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders ship out in 5-14 days. It can take at least 2 weeks to
receive but could take longer, depending upon any delays with our
shipping partner(s).

Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. I’m sorry but there are no refunds. I do offer exchanges and store
credit. I strongly suggest that every customer read the exchange
policy before purchasing.

Q. Are your designer items authentic?
A. I sell very high authentic quality items that are not certified.
These items are produced with the same quality leathers and hardware
as any authentic product but at a much more affordable price.

Q. Any discount codes?
A. All new orders receive 10% off your first order with code “NEWNEW”
at checkout.

Q. If I order online, can my order be picked up or delivered?
A. All web orders must be shipped for bank dispute/chargeback
protection. You can text 7084062953 for help with items that are
available for pick up or delivery.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 3-14 days! Custom items may take up to 14 days. Shipping times vary by what styles are in stock and can ship out same day, what styles are preorder or backordered, as well as your location. Exchange Policy

Chic N Distress Return Policy

Effective Immediately, 

 NO REFUND! Exchanges ONLY on DEFECTIVE UNWORN MERCHANDISE! No exchanges will be accepted on styles that the customer doesn’t like or out of stock styles that are preordered for clients at their request. No exchanges or refund on clearance / sale styles! NO EXCHANGES ON DESIGNER STYLES! PLEASE KNOW YOUR SIZE OR INQUIRE ABOUT CORRECT SIZING BEFORE YOU ORDER! Customer must notify of exchange requests with in 24 HOURS after receiving your order AND will only be accepted on UNWORN merchandise!! PLEASE NOTIFY US WITH IN 24 HOURS OF RECIEVING YOUR PRODUCT!

 You will have 7 days to return your order for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY! Customer is responsible for shipping returned item back. No exchange will be accepted if clothing has been worn or damaged after customer has tried on! ( i.e. Stains) Please notify us about any quality issues within 24 hours of receiving your order for return & exchange or store credit! NO EXCHANGES AT ALL ON SWIMWEAR! Please inquire about sizing help if you are unsure! 

If you are exchanging, and your new purchase is more than your current purchase you must pay the difference. If it is less, you will be credited for future a purchase. Please notify me by message, email or text of your credit before purchasing to use it. CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON PREORDER/ CUSTOM  ITEMS IN THE EVENT THAT THEY DO NOT ARRIVE. Thank you!
